How it Works

No fluff. No filler. A focused coaching system built around what actually moves the needle: programming that matches your life, technique that holds under load, and accountability that doesn't quit.

I.

Custom Programming

Weekly training built around your goals, recovery, equipment, and weak points. Updated every block — never recycled.

II.

Submit lifts on every key session. Frame-by-frame feedback on technique, bracing, and bar path within 24 hours.

III.

Direct Coach Access

Daily check-ins. Audibles when life happens. A coach who knows your training as well as you do.

Choose Your Path

Five tiers — built for where you are right now, and where you're trying to go. Each one fully custom, fully coached.

I.

Beginner

Foundation

For the lifter learning the lifts. We build technique, base strength, and the habits that hold up when the bar gets heavier — so you spend the next decade getting strong, not undoing bad patterns.

  • Compound lift instruction (squat, bench, deadlift)
  • Movement & bracing fundamentals
  • Linear progression programming
  • Weekly video form review
II.

Intermediate

Build

For the lifter who knows the lifts and is ready to grow. Periodized blocks, weak-point work, and autoregulated loading that pulls strength out of you week over week.

  • Block-periodized programming
  • APRE-based autoregulation
  • Targeted weak-point hypertrophy
  • Detailed form review & feedback
III.

Advanced

Push

For the lifter chasing the ceiling. Highly individualized programming built around your numbers, your recovery, and the specific limits standing between you and the next PR.

  • Individualized programming & periodization
  • Readiness-based load management
  • Advanced technical coaching
  • Daily check-ins & direct coach access
IV.

Meet Prep

Platform

For the lifter with a date on the calendar. Peaking blocks, opener selection, attempt strategy, and meet-day execution — built around your federation, your weight class, and your goal total.

  • Peaking block periodization
  • Opener & attempt selection strategy
  • Meet-day handling plan
  • Cut/water/fueling protocol if applicable
V.

Nutrition

Fuel

For the lifter whose plate isn't matching their training. Personalized nutrition strategy that supports your goals — gain, lose, or recomp — without the fad-diet noise.

  • Goal-based macro & calorie targets
  • Training-day vs rest-day fueling
  • Cut/bulk/recomp programming
  • Adjustments based on weekly check-ins

Strength and conditioning coach with five years of full-time coaching under demanding conditions, currently coaching 148 NCAA Division II student-athletes across football, baseball, swimming, and golf at Missouri University of Science and Technology — and an active competitive powerlifter (USAPL) training out of Toasted Under the Arch in St. Louis.

Before the collegiate work, five years (2020–2025) as a USAF Strength and Conditioning Coach and Physical Training Leader at RAF Lakenheath and Offutt AFB. Designed and implemented data-driven performance programming for 250+ Airmen, ran weekly classroom-based instruction on strength & conditioning principles, and built training systems that improved measurable outcomes for over 75% of personnel under my watch.

The methodology blends what works at the highest level — APRE-based autoregulation, objective monitoring, real technical coaching — with the kind of accountability and standards built into a military training environment. Programming meets you where you are. Coaching pulls you forward.

Questions

How is online coaching different from a generic program?

A program is a guess. Coaching is a conversation. Every week your training is adjusted based on how the last one actually went — not a chart written for someone you've never met.

Do I need to compete to work with you?

No. Plenty of clients train hard without ever stepping on a platform. Whether you're chasing a meet total, an athletic goal, or just want to get genuinely strong — the methodology is the same: train smart, lift well, stay healthy.

What equipment do I need?

A barbell, plates, a rack, and a bench cover ninety-five percent of the work. Specialty bars and accessories are a bonus, not a requirement.

When do new spots open?

Spots open in waves as roster capacity allows. The waitlist gets first access — first come, first served.

What does it cost?

Pricing is shared with waitlist members when slots open. The roster stays small on purpose.
